Pole fitness classes are a unique and fun way to get in shape and boost your confidence. Our classes combine elements of dance, gymnastics, and strength training, using a vertical pole as the main piece of equipment. Our pole classes are aligned with the Pole Fitness Alliance curriculum. Students will begin with basic spins and climbs before progressing to more advanced inversions and aerial tricks. In addition to providing a full-body workout, pole fitness classes also promote body positivity and can help students feel more comfortable in their own skin. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, pole fitness classes have something to offer everyone.
What to Wear to Your Pole Class:
In introductory pole classes, leggings and t-shirts are perfectly fine. However, as students progress, one of the biggest challenges they will face is finding ways to stick to the pole during inversions, sits, and tricks. Exposed skin can improve your grip, so exposed knee pits, armpits, and midriffs are recommended. For those who prefer more coverage, we have silicone poles available to help you attain more advanced tricks without exposing skin.
We strive to maintain a body positive space. Every body is the right body for pole, so please come in what makes you feel comfortable.
